What areas do you serve?

Yes. Services can be tailored to suit the individual needs and goals of the client. We aim to offer support that aligns with any funding or IEP goals that a client may have, along with a personal or whānau goals. We are aware that what works looks different for each individual.

Online bookings can be made through the shop section of the website. Please note that online bookings have a 7-day notice period. If you need care sooner, please contact us directly. E-mail enquiries can be made at kawakawacareservice@gmail.com.

If booking through the website, we kindly request that first-time clients schedule a welcome session before any care is provided.

Do you offer Personal Cares?

We do not offer personal cares as an exclusive care option. However, we will provide basic personal cares (such as feeding or toileting) to clients who require it during respite or home management care.

Please let us know during your welcome session if you are also looking for a personal cares provider. We can help direct you to the services available in your area.

We predominantly service the Porirua Basin (Tawa to Pukerua Bay) but will consider enquiries from Wellington, Hutt Valley, and Kāpiti on a case by case basis.

Why can't I make a booking in the school holidays?

The booking system will open up the school holiday dates one week before the school holidays. This is mainly due to the booking system's restrictions regarding availability settings, but it also ensures fair access to holiday bookings for everyone.

If you have any special requests regarding the school holidays, please contact us directly. We are aware that there are often special events during these times, and we can work with you to secure advance bookings where possible in those instances
